| This is for computer builders who have been building computers for a while. I'm going to build a computer around Christmas and want to save as much money as possible of course. I know that the summer months are when the best deals are out there, but I don't have the money yet. What are the computer prices like before and after Christmas? Do they get as low as they are now. Will I be able to find a $50 hard drive? What about a $60 case with a 500 watt X-Connect PSU? What about LCD monitors? Will I be able to find good prices on 19 inch LCDs? | ||

| I cant say on specifics, and actual figures per sa...the best price to lookat when price hunting is memory. Memory is one of the biggest fluctuating products on the ocmputer market. Form the last 2 years off hand I can tell you during the summer, you can buy value 512mb sticks (like crucial /corsair valueselect)as cheaply as you can buy enthusuast 128mb ones (like ocz, corsair, geil) in the winter...it is literally that mad. Right now prices arent bad but they'll go up for the winter about october time. | ||
