| Apex Elite Tech  |  Eat Taco Bell thats were i get my GAS.  I pay around a .49 for a taco. Oh yes Fuel for a car well i ride a bike, but gas around here cost about $1.68 regular  I drive a 1986 toyota corrola GTS, Well its cheaper for me too ride a bike now because i spent all my money on computers and a bike. | Apex Tech Maniac  | I could lecture about gas prices in other parts of the world, but you've all heard it before... I got's me a motor-sickle, but it's hard to ride on the schnow, shame, cause that thing gets around 50mpg the way I ride... Around these parts (Central Kansas) we're lookin at around 1.70 or so for mid-grade. It's 'spensive already, and it's not gettin any better, the way things are going lately. My wife got called up too BTW. No nookie fer me AND expensive gas, what next?...  | |

| Mutant Moderator  | Damn Gama , I live not to far from you and I would have to complain also. Actually I was going to do a post just like yours today... We are getting screwed. My family owns a lot of stock in the gas/oil companies and I cant see how the price of gas can be so high, while the stock we own is litteraly falling through the bottom of the basement. I mean I havent heard of any cut backs in oil output from the OPEC nations but yet prices are continually going up... It is a total sham. I am about to write our congressman and ask him how many signatures are needed to get something done about it | |

| Etiquette & English Gentleman | Oh my heart bleeds for all of you  I filled up with diesel yesterday... I stopped at a truck pump by mistake so the nozzle was a bit big, but on the plus side, I did fill the tank in about 15 seconds. The cost was GBP 3.67 a gallon. Thats USD 5.78 (LRP is the same price, Unleaded is 5p a gallon cheaper). More than 80% of that is tax, so we're all quite clear on who to blame here.  | |
