Found this on the Drudge Report...

Today at 5:05:05 am & pm the time will be 05:05:05 05/05/005.... 05.05.005 comes only once in 1000 years and coinciding with Thursday (5th Day of the week) comes only once in 7000 yrs...Cool......something to tell your future kids about.

Update:
At 5:05 5/05, I gathered 5 of my friends (That makes six. I planned sloppily, as I only had about 15 minutes after reading this thread) and we ran across the field outside screaming FIVE for one minute. It was pretty cool. Thank you for this thread, Rob.

I did realize that in a few minutes it will be 5:55, but I'll give everybody a break

If one of those stories that a father tells his son or daughter is "You know I was alive on 05.05.05." Then I've either been alive to long or had to boring of a life.... or actually could be a combination of the both.
