I noticed that some cards have TV out and VIVO. What is "VIVO" out?

no.......i forgot to mention hooking up your vcr to convert tapes to dvd.(vcr=video casette recorder for those who don't remember them.and now i feel old.......

Ok, well, it does stand for "video in/video out" but it refers to the S-video connector on the back. Non-VIVO cards only send video out, VIVO cards can be used as video capture devices.
