tech support

ok i had some trouble with my linksys router this weekend and called their tech support. but instead of help--they made it worse--by hardly speaking english. so i asked to be transferred to another representitive and same thing---broken english that i couldnt understand. are there companys trying to find the cheapest tech support or what??

so i called back later and got another person that could barley speak english. im not talking about an accent thats hard to understand---they really didnt know english!

......and the sad thing is on the linksys website it says if in united states call this number.......

anyone else ever have this problem?

Everytime that I've had to call LinkSys, I've got an English-speaking person and had no problems.

when i called about my switch--i got an english speaking person. but this time it was wireless stuff, and i guess its a different department.
