Default Im looking for a connector

I was wondering if anyone knew where i could find a connector to hook a auxiliary cable to a monitor, I guess just the yellow to the monitor connector.

err not easy....Auxilaries work on a basis that signal goes in, signal goes out...the controllers either side of the cable work the rest out. VGA monitors have a completly different way of doing things, For starters, theres RGB pins for the electron guns, several grounding pins and H+V sync pins:

1 2 3 4,5 6,7,8 9 10,11 12 13 14 15
red green blue video nc nc H sync V sync nc

Its not going to be easy.

THIS is the closest thing to a direct adapter...theres a lot of stuff you propably wont use on there, but its as direct as your gonna get. Screen cable in one side, aux on the other. Also does Jack - Auxilary adapting for your sound. $49.

Nev, I could be wrong but I think poke is talking about connecting a video card with a TV out socket to a TV with a composite video signal in connector. Check out product code L76BA @ http://www.maplin.co.uk - just about everywhere that sells electronics of any description will have something like that

Edit - not the best example, but as long as it's got a phono plug at each end, it'll do.

Or look into a tv card. They have audio/video input on them.

Thanks alot guys, pretty much what i wanna do for example is use my xbox on a monitor, along time ago i saw it where a guy did it with a dreamcast, but ill look around and ive thought about a tv tuner, and thats probably what ill end up doing
