Just wondering if you guys have tried the freeipod, freetech, freetv, freechics, free whatever sites. Wondering if you all actually received the items. I tried the getfreetech one trying to see what it was all about. Had 4 friends sign up under me and complete their offers, but on my account it says they have not completed their offers. Obviously all the spam on the net for the freecar for you bs is annoying but now the sites are not even giving what they promise? Wondering if any of you had positive experiences with them, its a very common advertisement technique but they are not paying out? I've read articles about them paying out blah blah etc.. Just haven't seen the results with my own two..

Nothing in this world is free. freeipods normally comes through - but just as a warning, if you try to advertise anything with free in the url on PR you'll get neg repped into oblivion, and make a lotta enemys.

The free IPOD thing is legit its just time consuming and a pain in the arse.

No - we stopped doing that after we had a repeat customer.

my friend got his ipod but since i had signed up for a referral for him and had it sent to his house since i didn't want any junk mail, he neglected to tell me the package arrived. can't cancel some of the offers until the package gets there so after i had called a few times to cancel and they told me to wait, i told my friend to tell me when it got there. never did so ended up getting charged a bunch.

anyways, if you really want to try it, you can always try congalines.net. it got advertised in the uc davis paper so should be legit though i've been signed up for the freeflatscreens offer for a couple of weeks under the conga line and my name still hasn't showed up . ..

gratis networks offers seem to be legitimate so i'm sticking just with those at the moment.

I read somewhere that people walking around with white earbuds on are a bigger target for theft. After all, if you own an iPod, you're not doing too bad

I know better then to spam any forums.. Thanks for the vote of confidence though. Im impressed that you all received your items. I was going to try to get a shuffle, they are only 100 bucks though, so I will probably just break down and buy one.. lol.. Thanks for the info...
