Need Parts, crappy ones.

Becuase the motherboard that I was going to buy off happy camper didnt work when he went to test it I am in need of parts to make my Auntie a computer... a motherboard,proc(around400MHz), possibly Ram.

I have:

Case: I have a Standard cheap ATx case
PSU: No name 350watt ATx
Motherboard: Nope
CPU: Nope
RAM: I have 2 128mb sticks and 2 64mb sticks
HardDrive: I have a 10gb 5200RPM
CD-Rom: Standard CD-Rom...may work..
Graphics Card: Need one, PCI trident ...somethign liek that.
Sound Card: ISound blaster Live! Value 4.1
Lan Card:10/100 around here somewhere

If anyone can throw me some deals

it will come with memory and possibly a video card. forgot what kinda, but dont expect anythig great.

I have a mobo and proc for a p2 350mhz. I know it's not quite up to the spec that you're looking for but if you're running out of options it's here and not in use. If you want I can test it later since it's been storage for a few months

i have a few GFX cards, i have a ati pci mach 64, one with 2 mb and one with 4mb

i also have a ati radeon 7000 pci with 32mb i think this might be a bit much though.

Allright thanks guys, Il have to think of all these options I have. If anyone else has some parts... Dont need much. It will have 256+Mb of ram and be running Xp Pro. From what I have seen I have been able to run XP Pro on a 233 computer with 64mb of ram. So this is all great guys.

If this goes throw with Vector Overload then all I will be needing is a sockey 370 motherboard. Possible a 128mb stick of pc133 ram also.

i've got a ton of hardware left over from the donation PC i was building.

granted there were problems with some of it, but i have to mobo's complete with procs and RAM.

i'll get the specs and PM them to you in a bit. You can have it all for the cost of shipping cause i need to get this stuff out of my house. I can't go back to my pack-ratting of old computer parts otherwise my closets will be overflowing like they were about 4 years ago.

Got your address, I will send it in the morning. Before I go the post office I will also see if I have any spare RAM sitting around my shop. LOL, in fact, I even have an old video card sitting in my bench. It's PCI bus though. It is a 64Mb GeForce 2 MX 400 PCI. And don't worry about paying anything. My wife will be delighted to know I am getting rid of some my, what she has labeled, crap.

Looks like Il just be needing a socket 370 motherboard now. Does anyone know if pc133 and pc 100 ram can work in the same motherboard.

I have 2 x 128mb pc 133

and will be receaving 2 x128mb pc100

If the the motherboard has 3 slots, would I be able to use 2+1 in whatever combination.

256mbs is enough, but I was wondering if the two types can work together.

-Verto nVidia GeForce 2 MX400 64Mb
-Toshiba PC100 SDRAM, two sticks, think they are 128Mb each.
-56K Modem. Think it's a conexant.
