im so pissed off that AT&T is not fixing their equipment. last month there was a major service problem everyone in the neighboorhood was getting crappy service. it was on and off and very very slow. it seemed like they fixed it for maybe two weeks but now its back. even at two in the morning i get connection problems. its not my stuff a trace shows its in their routers outside my house. and it goes through canada. i dont live in canada! it goes 150 miles north through 8 hops then back down south to my target server in califonia. i can't get the stupid guy on tech support to stop giveing me the its your falut diagnostics run around. what am i supposed to do? im too far away for dsl. with a modem i top out at 38kbps. and there is no way in hell im buying sattilite. i should try to find this box then blast at it with the shoutgun. then maybe they will go out and replace it. with a router that works!

(near battleground) they are ALWAYS having problems... of course they were one of the first places to get access in in southern washington... But some of their equipment really does need replacement... Hrm.... Are there any of those small cable internet companies anywhere nearby? Friend of mine in oregon has access to one because standard cable was way too expensive for her but she never has any service problems whatsoever..."
