Rip...Burn...Share...why is it illeagle? Good or bad? Lots of people have their opinion on this but they often express it with cussing or breaking things. I myself download of the internet

its not like if they inforced it people would stop. I think file sharing helps the artists because without downloading music I wouldn't have favorite bands and definatly wouldnt buy all the CD's I have.

I rip all the CDs that let me then sync them to my iPod whats wrong with that?

I suggest you close this can of worms yourself before the mods are called in to.

Downloading is illegal, and it's hush hush here on PR.

Ripping and burning isn't, but, the downloading kicks people in the nads. Ask TekX about his prison stay for it on your own time and ask him what he thinks.

There are already more than enough threads on this topic in the forums and guess what? Most of them end up the same way..... locked like this one.
