How do I change my username?

Well, folks, I think it's about time I changed my name. Why? Because it's boring and unimaginative. I found a much better username I can relate too, the only problem being is I don't know how to change it. So far, I know how to change my password and my avatar, but there's nothing about changing my name. Sounds like my only option would be to get a brand-new email account. Can anybody help me here?

Actually I would like to change the H and J in mine to capital letters
