I thought that you all would get a kick out of this. This company builds real castles and has some for sale as well. Could you imagine living in one of these? Some wild ideas!....

I have always been fascinated by the architecture of castles, especially the spiral staircases and window designs on a few of them.

The one they have for sale in Idaho is 1.5 million. I wonder if it comes with a bunch of serfs to tax and treat with impunity?

Castles are really neat. I vaguely remember visiting one somewheres where the rocks weren't actually rocks, they were formed from milk cartons (i think).

Ah, the trebuchet. I remember making a scale model of a trebuchet my junior year of physics in high school. We had to be able to calibrate it to shoot certain distances and whatnot. I spent too much time on it, everyone else just made catapults.
