Default Anyone a doctor or know someone that is?

Kinda wrong place to ask this but...

My wrist hurts when I try to bend it back a little past 90 degrees. It only hurts if I use my other hand to push it back or some thing that I can push it back with ( so if i move the wrist on its own it doesnt hurt). Had this for about less than a month now, thought it would go away but I guess it hasn't? Its not unbarable pain its just annoying.

And also like over 6 months ago I dropped something pretty heavy on my big toe bone part. Theres a certain area that hurts only when I press pretty hard on it with my hands but otherwise it never bothers me. Do you guys think I should get this checked out?

I think you just sprained it, I've done that a while back when I was walking my dogs.. knocked me over and I landed on my wrist whilst it was facing the wrong way.

Just try and keep it straight in a strap-on wrist cast for the timebeing it should help

**EDIT**

Also yeah what jcarkeys said, you shouldnt be able to move ur wrist past 90 degrees anyway.

Your wrist shouldn't move more than 90 degrees in any direction anyways.

Ask Putwig, he's a doctor

Well maybe the wrist isn't at 90 but the opposite side of my palm in relation to my forearm is about 90. You are probably right just a light sprain or something.

that is true, but, it's not normal for it to hurt - it just stops without the pain bit
