Default Sig Size?

I made a .gif file for my sig, and it wont show up. So i figured it was too big. So i saved another user's sig, and made mine RIGHT on top of it, so that i know its the right pixel size. Then i shortened the frame rate of the gif, and its only 35 kb. Ive seen some way bigger than that. Why wont mine work? What am i doing wrong? I looked all over forum rules and FAQ, but didnt find anything about sig size limits. Help!

*Edit* This one in the thumbnail is not the one with the reduced framerate. Im hoping to use THIS one instead. If anyone wants me to upload the shorter one i will.

What have you done with the image? It should be submitted to the relevant section of the PR gallery for hosting (edit - http://gallery.pcapex.com/uploadphoto.php & select "Member Signatures") ... I just checked the moderation queue & it's not in there

The max size for a sig if 600 x 150 and I don't think that you can use a .gif file. You can have two sig's if you are folding for Team PimpRig.

hey princess use imageshack.com, that might work alot faster than putting it in the gallery!
or host it from your homepage!

Well, maybe it's bitmaps...I know when I tried to load an image one time, it said that it was in an unacceptable format. Humm....maybe it's a lack of sleep.

for mine, i drew the images in microsoft paint, and used microsoft gif animator to put them together as a gif. super easy. but there are better programs out there...like Ulead gif animator for example. I have it , but ive never used it so i dont know how. lol
