| Etiquette & English Gentleman | It looks like Iraq could be a big issue in the Australian general election - the Liberal-National Coalition government supports the war in Iraq, but the Labor opposition say they will pull their troops out if elected (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/asi...13926.stm#Iraq). The economy is likely to be the biggest issue for Australian voters, which does at least make a difference from the Spanish elections in March, when the Socialist party had a shock victory on the back of their promise to pull out of Iraq. Just trying to distract the majority of PRs member from domestic politics ![]() | |
