I hear many good reviews about NewEgg, but I recently heard about GoogleGear. Has anybody here used GoogleGear? I was wondering if their customer service and reliability are as good as NewEgg.

ive used googlegear in the past and havent had a single problem with them.
its where i got my M/B, processor, memory and video card.
its all good with me.

There good but sometimes a little slow getting the merch out the door. Directron.com has been the best as far as I'm concerned... if you call before 1 PM CST the stuff shipps that day.

I have told all my friends , people in my clan, to please never ever use them.
I will never again.
Slow on getting out, bad customer service, sent me a bad chip and didnt want to take it back,( and never did , I was out 2 bills) I hate them.
They never gave a crap about anything regarding me or my issues with them.
I love New Egg though.

googlegear is really good, sorry you had a bad experience noslak, but ive purchased over 2000.00 worth of parts from googlegear in the past and never had a single issue. I do find they are about a day or 2 slower than newegg, but often times their prices justify it.

Yes i have ordered about 10k off them I do most of my buisness purchases through them and www.tcwo.com Tcwo are about the best at shipping out I have seen so far. As for the chip that was bad,all you should have had to do is contact the manufacture about it and they replace it. most companies I have delt with are the same way about processors. If the box is opened then they do not take it back.

Thanks for your inputs. I am looking for a good online reseller to use as a backup when NewEgg doesn't what I want in stock.
