I was out driving, and found the internal cage of a Compaq of sorts. Looked like it had never been cleaned EVER. I was afraid some monster was going to come out and eat me.

Well inside was a K6-2 something, can't get the heatsink off it, Compaq motherboard and a PCI modem.

Upon further inspection, I found a 40gb Maxtor HDD in this thing that's STILL under warranty, ends November 2004.

I'm scrooling through the files, this poor PC sure met it's fate at the hands of spyware. I see stuff from Gator Corporation, ClockSync was on it, iBoost, all sorts of bullsh*t programs.

There's an installation of Paint Shop Pro 7 on this HDD I didn't even know that would run on a K6-2.

And to think all I was out to get, was a HDD to Floppy power cable adapter for my mod, and I walked home with a free 40gb HDD.
