I'm voting Nader, but it's been done. Bush wins at Pimprig.

Here's the link http://forums.pcapex.com/showthread....1&page=1&pp=20

you know one thing that scared me about the libertarian candidate in 2000, was that he was willing to let 6 yo kids purchase heroin and any other drug they should want at the local drug store. I'm sorry anyone for advocating the complete legalization of drugs is a nut job, soon instead of candy kids will be eating crack cocaine...now i know the twisted philosophy that if u let them have it they'll do less of it but come now ppl, its addictive (much like OC'ing/modding ur comp, as many of u may know) ppl will just do it even harder and longer...

Woah woah woah... I've never heard that. I have to say your exagerating here. No one, much less a politician would ever say that. The war on drugs is ill founded, but heroin for kids is a far cry from that. I doubt anyone is for the legalization of crack or other forms of cocaine, but marijuana is relativly benign, and heroin has its place in medicin. Also, just because you vote for someone doesn't mean you agree with them 100%. You'll never find a candidate you agree with 100%. I plan on voting libertarian in nov, and you wont find a bigger bunch of gun nuts than the libs, even the republicans. But personally i'm for gun control. At least certification of some kind. I'm of the opinion that the majorty of people are to stupid to handle fire arms in a responsible manner.

you know Cyno01 i agree with you, I wish you could knock some sense into my dem friends, they're blindly voting for kerry...just because hes not Bush, as are alot of Americans.

As for the drug thing...he actually did say that, on a few interviews, i think his last name was Brown, im a bit shaky been 4 yrs. He was posed with the question, that if he was okay with over the counter cocaine and heroin, and he said of course. Then he was asked if he knew that kids would be able to purchase it in that case, and he said thats fine. He DID say that...plz dont make search for it lol.

Im a republican and I agree, there should be some form of Gun Control, it is however, an issue that is out of hand. Here in CA background checks were imposed, however if the results werent returned within a certain time frame, or not returned at all...you could sitll purchase the gun, can u beleive that? I do think there needs to be gun control.

The 100% thing of course your right, I think a person needs to evaluate themselves, then the candidiates and find the issues that hits home the most for them and find the candidate they agree with on, this blind following like sheep is a disgrace.

well thats my two cents.

Yeah, Browns a nut. I wasn't voting 4 years ago, so i didn't follow too closely. As for your dem friends... yeah, i see people in "anybody but bush in 2004" shirts, thats just assanine. There are plenty of people who i would pick bush over for president. Not nec. kerry, but blindly voting along party lines is limiting to yourself and the system.

All Kerry would have to do is hit Dubya with that HUGE noggin of his and the fight would be over.

As for the election, I am afraid it will be just like the last election..... no matter who wins, the American public loses.

DId you know that Kerry is married to this woman who dated the earr of the Hienz fortune, and when he died in a plane crash she got all of it. Then she married Kerry and now that makes him really, really, rich! Of course, Bush is to rich too!

I have seen what Bush can do, lets give someone else a shot, I don't really mind who it is...

Edit...My bad, I meant to say married, I did know that do, thx for the heads up.

I'll be glad when this whole damn Bush v. Kerry is over. Just seeing that kind of stuff here really brings me down.

Too many folks get their ass in a wringer trying to convince everyone they're right and the other folks are wrong. Too many times a simple statement about what someone believes ends up becoming a big flaming pissing match. Is anyone really right or wrong in their opinion? No. Because it is just that: an opinion.

Let's not forget why all of us came to this great web community. It is meant to be a place with helpful, friendly advice on computer modding!

I hope that a person's political beliefs won't make them feel unwanted or unwelcome here.

Now you can make this out to be either another whiny liberal outpouring or a ranting crazed conservative lambasting. But if you do, then perhaps you should take a step back, take a deep breath and refocus on what's important........MODDING!

While I agree for the most part Foe, we have not resolved who would win in a game UT2k4. I vote Kerry, Bush seems a little too jittery.

To be honest, in this election Bush to me seems to be the lesser of two evils. But to be honest, if Ross Perot would have run, he'd get my vote.

gotta respect a man that if voted into office would refuse the presidential payment and pay off the countries deficit out of his own pocket as he stated the last time he ran. Too bad he dropped out.

i'm not going to vote for either of them. if i can't find a candidate that i actually like, i'm not going to vote. i'm tired of voting for people that i don't really support just so their opponent doesn't get into office: there has to be a better way .... if someone knows what it is, please let me know.

I just want to see the Patriot Act and several of the ridiculus laws passed while Bush was in office gone...
No matter the president, their going to fück up anyway, so I'm not taking sides. Pick your puppet.

This topic so does-not-belong-here.

I feel the same way, which is to bad as this will be my first chance to vote. This whole situation has just made me despise politics and the political process. People here have preaced before about it being our civic duty to vote but if I can't find a good candidate for me I have no place writting down mickey mouse on my ballet.

I'm sad that my first chance at activisim seems so worthless. In the end it won't matter who I vote for. Virginia will vote Bush and had I voted for anyone else it would still be the case. This electoral college system needs to change. I want to be able to vote for my president not for some Joes to do it for me; that is if I can find a man/woman suitible to vote for.
