Cubicle101 v1.5

Well, after a really long wait, the Cubicle is finally getting a make over.

I've put the comic on hold until the new version of the site is available and operating, god help me. In the meantime I may open up slots to some of you who have volunteered to do guest comics for the duration of the new deisgn contsruction, but that's neither here nor there at the moment.

Anyway, onto the real reason i'm posting this thread. I've got the development of the site posted on the webserver so everyone can check in now and again over the next few weeks and see the site's new design unfold as i build it.

Also, as the rebuild progresses, tips, tricks, and suggestions are welcomed in the Cubicle101 Forums and I will be monitoring it as I go, so if i see something posted i like i may put it on the site, with said submitters pemission of course. Anyway, here is the link to the development area of the site:

Damn, that's pretty slick. The last site was pretty graphic heavy, horrible for 56kers I imagine, but this one is more streamlined. Me likey.

ok, after a couple of weeks and more hours than i can count tearing my hair out trying to load up a script to run the site, things are taking shape.

still alot of work to be done but the new site is up and somewhat functional. hope everyone takes a minute to check it out and lte me know what they think.

if you're running an 800x600 res it's going to look like crap. i jsut can't bring myself to design in anything less than 1024x768. sorry

well, it would seem that the new layout of the site is well liked.

This morning Cubicle101 received a $15 donation from a fan of the comic. This is probably the first donation to the site in nearly a year, and definatley the largest donation to date.

Once the site is up and running completely I'll make a news post thanking this person so that everyone who visits the site can give the person recognition for their generosity.

Get a 404 on the development link but the other one works and is looking slick so far.
