Gary Oldman has landed the part of the deadliest villian in the StarWars Saga, aparently directly requested by Lucas himself.

Wonder how he's going to swing that with his Warner Brothers contract to play Sirius Black in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" due to start filming in about three or four months? The character Sirius doesn't have that large of a role in GOF, but it's some nonetheless.

Hope this is true. He plays an outstanding villian in "Lost in Space". I was hoping that they would do a sequel to that movie.

Starts filming soon if not already, since they flm digitally it cuts the time it takes to edit drastically, plus alot of these movies are carried out by several teams, each with a director, so he oversees them and keeps the production smooth.

There is no one more villanous than emperor Palpatine, I mean, the sucker was fryin' Luke despite all of the fatherly love exhibited. What sort of sicko does a thing like that?

According to the article he's just doing the voice of a villian. That villian however is General Grievous, that guy who Obi Wan fought in the Clone Wars cartoons, who was basically a ripoff Kaneda towards the end of Akira, all tentacly and stuff... But yeah, it was cool, PM or IM me if you want any eps of the Clone Wars, i have all 20 in HQ (480x320) DivX, although all of 'em total 714 MB.

Ok, after clicking my own link, i was mistaken, the guy Obi fought was a bounty hunter named Durge. General Grievous was the guy who killed all those Jedi on Hypori in that other episode. Still cool, a lightsaber in each hand and each foot...
