Yes, its may sound corny but it will definitely change the way you use your PC.............my life has forever been altered, I still remember the day.

Me: Wow this is cool

Wife: It was fine before I doubt I could even tell the difference and your spending soooo much more money

Me: aright then you use it

Wife: (setting down and using PC) holy shiat - this is awesome

Lets just say I ended up buying a laptop with a wifi card that I basically never get to use cause shes got the damn thing attached to her at the hip..........

Yeah, I remember the day I got my cable. Time to get bittorrent and a good firewall. How much are you paying?

I lost my broadband a couple months ago for a few days..... what happened was it actually became slower than my old 14.4 .... I was downloading at .001 and timing out when sending IMs. It was worse than hell.

What's 56K mean?

Just kidding.

Anyway, congrats on getting the broadband. Funny how we wait hours and hours on dial-up, wishing that we had broadband so we could surf faster. Only, that isn't the case. I found that since I've gone to broadband (funny story, see next paragraph), I'm spending way much more time on the Internet than I was before.

I remember living in Union City, California, which is about 10 miles or so up the east side of the bay from San Jose, or more commonly known as "Silicon Valley". Being that close to the technological center of the US, you would think that I would have had broadband, right? Wrong. Moved four months after getting to the Bay Area to Foster City (on the Pen). Called AT&T (my only option!) and got the broadband...

And God said "Let their be broadband" and he saw that it was good.
