Default Play it again Sam.

I havent bothered to look, but in my smal time being here I see no music topic - msic being an essential part to a good build expirience - takes the sharp pain off all of those annoying BIOS beeps and whurring fans. Im intrasted in what catches our ears into listening on this site?

Be it classical, jazz, chillout (easy listening), pop, folk, rap, r+b(rythm and blues), rock, metal, garage, club, house, trance, tech, euphoric or even soundtracks - speak up and lets see what makes you tick to the beat.

Im into house and chillout fr the most part - chillout especially when building and rigging - prevents me from throwing the darn thing across the roon when it goes wrong.

Good call. I'm a music nut myself. I like rock of about all varieties ( Noise-rock, post-punk, punk, metal, surf, I love it). I enjoy some hip-hop, wish I knew more trip-hop, chillout's pretty tight, as are house and trance. But rock is what I know best.

Right now I'm enjoying some pavement, seeing Beulah tonight, and if you recognize my avatar, I'm a huge Sonic Youth fan. Last night I was cursing about how scratched my Massive Attack - Mezzanine CD was so I just hit the New Order on the tape player. Hope that gives you an idea

Errr... that's getting a little less modern....

But anyway, I propose we be a little more specific. Not neccessarily to Outcast's extent, since I don't have a lot of my favorite albums on MP3, but just naming a few artists. I'm really interested in everyone's tastes, and I just think it would be more helpful for a good understanding

Gotta agree with the Big A.

I'm also a fan of Primus, Chili Peppers, and Bush.

I should say there's some things not on that list that I listen do...

Bryan Adams, Bruce Springsteen, Guns 'n Roses, ZZ Top, Aerosmith, Van Halen, KISS ... etc etc, Spin Doctors, and a lot of the newer-rock stuff that you hear on the radio.. Apt. 26 is the only notable one coming to mind right now... oh yeah, and I like the Digitally Imported stuff too... EuroDance, Chillout (when I'm goin to sleep ), deep house.. etc etc..

And can't forget a lil salsa every now and then

But yeah.. Techno(and all the myriad subcategories) is at home, rock when I'm out and about (cause that's all we got for radio stations that're worth listening to in town)

It's gotta be METAL, Death metal, heavy metal, swedish metal, black metal, grindcore, gore metal, melodic metal. Yeah I'm probably biggest metal head here.
