Looking for creative input...

Good day Apex, whats left of it.

Im about to undertake the most important piece of work of my student life, and annoyingly I have a massive creative block. The brief is a website, or web based project, fundamentally fueled by a good idea with a good technical basis and innovative design.

Im happily sitting here creating awesome layouts and developing new designs, but they are just a bit empty without any content....

....so, im basically looking for some input, anything you think would make an interesting project/website/idea. All suggestions are welcome, I would be extremely grateful for anything to get the creative juices flowing

Well I've been sitting here for about an hour thinking, what hasn't been done yet? So I decided to look at your profile. Electric Guitar always seems interesting, add in Web Design and I come up with a Flash Based Guitar Hero or something simular. I want my share of the Profits

Just brainstorming...

* World Cup in South Africa in a year - where do I stay? how do I get tickets? Can I riot mid-game or do I have to wait until the final whistle [ettiquette is different below the Equator]?

* What is the National Health Service really like? All this helath care debate on-going in America - might be nice to see potentially what sort of system we end up with.

* Fictious band website

* Free Gary Glitter! [Oh wait the tosser is out already...]

* Visiting beautiful Afghanistan as a member of SAS

* "Uniquely UK" - An export business for the Brit on the go. You know they don't have Smarties in America...the bastards!

PS I was also going to make a joke about porn and "get the creative juices flowing" but I thought it would be best if I didn't.

I'm actually a little bit serious with this, and we could probably arrange some sort of payment thing for ya.

Well thanks for the input guys, I decided to go with my favorite hobby after computing, playing guitar. Im going to produce a UK based review/database site with as many music shops/lutheirs/custom hardware builders as I can find, then slap some cool new technology on top to satisfy the projects technical points.

EA, if you're serious hit me up on MSN, I need to pay the rent this month asap and can always use more work in my portfolio

Was talking to EA last night and we chatted about the project, it dawns on me that I need something to give it a bit of pop, some zing, has anyone seen any cool implementations of new web technology recently? Anything cool I could bend and twist to use in my context?
