Can't Identify this god/being/creature

I have this cast iron statue of I don't know what. It's Asian or maybe Hindu in origin. Does this look familiar to anyone?

It has a ginormous wang whatever it is, which effectively rules out any possibility of Asian origin.

Racist stereotyping aside, it reminds me of something Hindu but the facial expression/style looks Chinese.

Does it have any markings on the bottom? Don't try to clean it.
The o'man says Ceylonese but I think I saw something just like it in the garden department at Home Depot.

I've kept all the little gods/beings/creatures that I have found. Keep yours.

The hat says Thai to me.

Ginormous wangs tend to be Tantric Buddhism.

I don't know M&C, those look like tentacles on the back of that statue. While it does have the torso of a human, human arms, body of a bird, human legs with 3 bird-like toes, tail, wings.. which all fits your description, the tentacles throw it off.

It looks like what would come out of a three way of a human, swan, and squid..... though i have no clue what it is...

Perhaps Asura Wayupuk then? It may take a scholar in the Thai pantheon to get it absolutely right...
