| Apex Techie I | I clicked the link and didn't see any consecutive ratings. The dates appear to be in a random order. Newegg ships hundreds of orders each day, mistakes are bound to be made. And some people will complain no matter what. I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of stuff from Newegg with no major problems. I have gotten a few bad parts but they RMA'ed them with no problem. Newegg sells parts, they don't make them. If a part is bad it's not there fault. What are they suppose to do, open and test every product sold. I don't think so. I will continue to buy at Newegg. | |

I'm goin with Solid on this one. They were friendly to me when I emailed or talked to them on the phone unlike those people said. Newegg has been the most pleasureable site to deal with, and they have always had the best prices, so I am going to continue to buy from them. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The link you put was sorted by lowest rating first. Even though you saw a bunch of disgruntled posts, do the math, they still got a 4.7 out of 5. With 517 entries. No matter how bad the few seem, the majority of the feedbacks are still good. Youre going to be hard pressed to find a better place to shop on the net. Find me a net store with the same or more feedbacks that add up to a better rating and I will shop there, otherwise this means very little. | ||

| 19 Orders in the last year, all together totalling about $12,000. I havn't had one problem yet. The best online company to deal with in my opinion. Here is the resller rating ( pretty good if you ask me). http://www.resellerratings.com/seller2121.html I also love the guy with the dynapower case http://www.pricewatch.com/1/74/5001-3.htm I made two systems with this case and they're both amd systems. He said the case is for the pentium because of the designed for the P4 sticker. People buying stuff to make a computer that don't know things like that shouldn't be able to write reviews. | i have never had a problem with newegg. i used to order from googlegear(zipzoomfly) since they had 2 day shipping but when i bought a soyo dragon from them and the agp port was bad and they told me to go buy a pci video card because the board was just fine i was pissed. My only complaint about newegg is they upped their shipping cost. I would buy from Newegg anyday over zipzoomfly | ||

I am absolutly amazed at the utter ignorance of people. So he is upset because his ATX case wont work with his P4 motherboard, and he claims that he is building a "top of the line AMD sys." Hmm, maybe he should learn what these names all mean, because the last time I checked ATX is for the formfactor and not the type of CPU that the motherboard will accept. Probably doesn't even know what the difference between an AMD and Intel chip is - aside from that fact that they both use different sockets. Some people just really amaze me. Even more amazing to me though is this line:
Is he saying that he builds computers for other people and doesn't know the what a formfactor for a case is? Maybe should ask him what a couple of other items stand for also. I can only imagine some of his responses. Sample response: ATX - formfactor for the CPU - most commenly the AMD. BTX - the new formfactor for the P4 P4 - Poorman four - doesn't really do much for the system - don't get it if you don't have to. FSB - frequency of service needed to board. Socket 370 - optional feature doesn't really do anything. and as he is sitting there putting the system together thinking to himself - "now how do I get this square thing here into this long white slot?" Just way to funny - and sadly enough half of the bad reviews are from people such as this complaining that the stuff they ordered didn't work (because they didn't know what they were doing).
Hmm I wonder if this fool even pickup the instruction manual to even look at it. I know that almost all PDA/Pocket PC's that I have seen when you first get them you have to go back and press the reset button before that will turn on. I guess it is kind of a thing to keep it from turn on during shipping (if it comes with batteries).
