Well guys Ive been here a while and I know what yall like in a computer case.
Time to mod a computer stores website now.
I want to know what YOU want in a computer stores website. The people that MATTER. The enthusiast.

Bend over backwards Customer Service. Easy and fast design.
Variety and easy nav through it. plenty of pics (one of the best things about newegg)

lots of pics is good, but dont forget about theose 56k users. I was at my grandparents and going to newegg was like trying to push a broken car up a muddy hill.

I mean lots of pics of the products. A graphic heavy UI is not good.

well all that had been said and low prices, complete invintory with pics, everything modding, leds,cold cathodes kits, cases, lan gear, games, and free shipping.

I agree with TiZakit, a variety of pictures is great, especially if it's set up the way that newegg has it or even like directron. Users like to see different angles and views of the product.

Also showing the available inventory or at least letting the customers know if a product is in stock or not.

This is more of a customer service issue....try to respond quickly and promptly to customer emails. One too many times have I been waiting for responses from companies on questions on products and availability.
