Arrow Need Help selecting P4 MoBo

Ok well Ive had my 1.6ghz P4 getting by on a stolen dell motherboard and it has finally ceased to function, so i am searching for a 100 bucks or less DDR333 full size ATX motherboardPGA 478 pin socket, no special goodys needed, ata133, ddr333, and perhaps audio and ethernet built in, and of course overclocking features, i hear gigabyte is a good all rounder, but hey i dont know, so if anyone could help me find one would be greatly appreciated, Thankz

Ok Intel is not my specialty, Rather an AMD fan myself, But as P4 motherboards go the ASUS P4S8X is by far one kick ass mobo. Thought the cheapest ive seen than particular board is 123 over at pricewatch.com and it also supports DDR 333(which some of the Abit boards dont ie the IT7)

For DDR with a P4, i would say the SiS 648 is the best so far

Ya, you shouldnt have a problem at all overclocking this puppyz(the asus). Ive seen 300mhz OC using stock cooling with this board. But like i said im not an Intel expert, so before you go out and drop a hundred dollars and see what everyone else has to say
