| Leaked memo: Time Warner Cable to trial hard bandwidth caps Leaked Memo, but time warner looks like they moving toward the pay what you use system, Only problem they are going to find out, people who use the internet at a very little rate, and might just check the news daily, they are gonna loose a fortune on, cause these people are dumb for paying for the "high-speed Internet" that they only need dial up for. I don't know exactly what it will turn into, but i don't want a bandwidth cap, i already have a unknown one around 250GB/month. Which is close enough to to small. | ||
