lol! it's meant as a joke about some issues about vista of corse it's exaggerate a little but that what makes this video so funny.

LOL that was funny...especially the windows aero thing, blue screens, red screens, black screens, error screens...

but idk either, i had a couple of problems in the beginning, but vista has been smooth sailing for the past 3 months, i dont see why people are still hating on it

yeah ive seen that video before and its really funny but I personly like vista but it was cool.

Ha I've seen this before. The best part was the advertisement that popped up telling me I could buy Vista

Although I gotta say, I got my first BSOD in vista since I installed it last spring. Not bad, really.

My main beef with Vista is it's lousy performance... 19 - 20% framerate loss in games, lousy network transfer speeds, slow reaction times even with a quad core CPu and 4GB of RAM, etc.

The bells and whistle are nice and all. I will try it again after SP1 is out for it.

But I digress... very funny video.

i also didn't tried Vista yet but i will as soon as i built my new rig next month ,Vista run well on new pc so i should be fine.

the problem is , that i'm doing lots of video editing & not sure if they fix that problem they have with Vista on that matter or with SP1?

anyhow soon or latter we all have to go Vista , XP can't last for ever , already it's last for to long much more than any other previous Windows out there.

That's how I feel and since I get copies of ultimate for $20 here at school, I figured I might as well make the jump now, at least on my less important laptop (the rig still uses XP). And since I haven't even tried running games except for Swat 4 (which ran really well!) and Geometry Wars (not so well, strangely), I can't say much about game performance

anyhow this is what i wrote before...

$20 for Vista is a cheap price , unless you're talking about an illegal copy of Vista then better of get it on B... & save yourself the money & be happy that you didn't have to pay the the $20 dollars for the same unstable copy...

Nope, it's totally legal OEM copy. Last year they were selling business edition but this year they bumped it up to Ultimate (32 bit, but for $20 I don't really care). Most schools get crazy cheap prices on them
