Default Mouse pads...

So I got a gift card and bought a nice new mouse pad. Got an Xtrac Ripper. Yeah, it is a ripper, it rips off my speed and makes me suck even more at Counter Strike!

Too much resistance on the Xtrac Ripper. Looks cool as heck though.

I am back on my old FedEx counter display...

No hard feelings towards the Xtrac folks, but they could learn from the old FedEx pad makers.

Ouch... Don't you sometimes wish you could get a sample to try out before you sink your money into a mousepad or any other computer part / accessory?

I went and ordered a Corepad Eyepad XL from NE, and when it arrived, I came to realize that the "XL" designation was no mistake; the damned thing is like 4x the size of a regular mouse pad, no joke...

It's still in the wrapper, I don't know if I'll open it at all while I'm over here... But once I get back, I'll need to clear some space off the top of my desk to be able to use it without having to fold it in half or something... I didn't pay all that much for it, so I'm not too worried about that... Worse comes to worse, I'll probably use it for a lighweight sound-dampening material for the inside of my desktop case...

Yeah Nemwhaa bought a QCK+ off here (AmishKid) and holy crap that thing is unessicarily huge Why do you even need something that big? However, if I got a mousepad, it would have to be this one
The Noobstore - PP U.C1 Gaming Surface
I like how it hugs the keyboard

I got tired of my old Ratzpad sanding the feet off mice so I bought one of those fancy teflon coated Ulti-mat's Gary reviewed some time back, only to find out the sensor in my Razer Death Adder hates it. It totally spazzes out. Nothing like spending a chunk of cash on something that doesn't work at all.

I'm currently using a Hades Gaming Styx pad ...watch for the review.

I'm using an IceMat rev.1. It's glass. Nice and compact size, great surface which is smooth but rough enough that you don't lose control.
