Do the computers have usb ports? Try Mozilla Firebird on a thumbdrive.

Or you could just use one of those proxy bypass websites...I forgot the link, but if someone would like to post it that'd be great.

1. Install a browser (either Mozilla Firebird or Opera) on your home PC

2. either copy the whole INSTALLED directory onto a usb drive or burn to a CD

3. you should be able to use the browser off either medium

can you access hotmail? if so email your self a link to PR, and try going through hotmail's e-mail site to PR, because hotmail has that thing at the top of the screen that says "you are visiting a site outside of hotmail....." it is worth a shot.....

I think the browser called "My IE" will run off removable media fine. It used to anyways.

go to tools>internet options>connections>lan settings and set your proxy to 209.210.176.44 8888 (works for me on west coast, fast, allows almost anything) if that dont work try mozilla firebird on some drive or cd. also, you can install programs in your my documents folder probably, i can. just make a sub-folder called apps and install firebird, winamp, you name it.
