Keyboard keys getting sticky...

I just cleaned out my keybaord...(boy was that nasty) And now I want to know if anyone has found a way to make the keys go up and down like the keyboard were new. Everything works fine, but it's just getting old and the keys are getting harder to press.

So has anyone thought of something that I can use to make the keys work better?

If your carful , take all the keys off and clean the buttons underneath them with something damp? It worked for me but who nows...
