CCleaner to keep the registry under control...

PerfectDisk8 to keep the hard drives defragged and optimized...

No Seriously. Its one of the main reasons I made the switch. I got sick of dealing with all sorts of crap that I shouldnt have to deal with everytime I surf the net. Unless of course you also use that comp for gaming...

But I used to use AVG, Spybot S&D, Adaware and others if needed.

I use Avast for AV and nothing else. Common sense is the best weapon against ad/spy/mal ware. I never have any problems.

I don't use antivirus, or spyware cleaners. I had a whole 700mb of a CD used for cleaning apps. But when i uninstalled norton, i got 2000 points in pcmark......
