| Ok alot you pimps know that i own 2 UFO cases from Mountain Mods and the side windows are 14 x14 square that is size of the windows that are install on my cases, what i like to know is if i buy this modder mesh at FrozenCPU would it be sturdy enough to install as one solid piece with out having some sort of brace in the middle to keep it from bowing or should i say bending. | ||

| 1/32" is pretty thin, but it's steel. It should be fairly sturdy. If you mount it tightly, it shouldn't bow. The aluminum case will expand more than the steel when it heats up, so it will keep it tight if you drill and mount it cold. | ||

I assure you - I flame cut metal, the expansion rate even if you heated your case up to well over 200c wouldn't even be noticeable. ![]()

Perhaps so, but if he was really concerned, he could use some aluminum Dragonmesh to ensure the same expansion rate (shameless plug, link in sig). ![]()
