Hello all as some of you know me i have been out of work with a back injury since May 30 of 2006 and have been struggle to get better having back surgery and Gaul Bladder removed, it has been a battle for the last 15 months on trying to get better so i can get back to my job driving truck, but as it looks like that will not be happening as to driving part goes, i have been given a great opportunity to still work for the company i drove for just not driving.

The job will be what they call a Drivers Manager consisting of dealing with other drivers load coordinations,Qcalm messages and payroll and working with a computer this is what they have told me so far.

I be working from my home where i live in NY, they said they will supply the Computer, internet, phone and all my supplies i need to work from my house at their cost, they also told me i will be getting the same pay as if i was driving which is nice because i made roughly $55,000 to $60,000 a year.

They will be flying me round trip out to Amherst, Wisconsin where they our based out of to start my training on becoming a Drivers Manger they said it be a 1 week training course on showing me what i need to do which i think will take longer then they say, now i am not sure when this will all take place so i am hoping when i do get started and while i am out there i will get to meet Lokie and Twitzed.

Make sure you do nothing to make you have any set backs. Just take it easy.

Its to bad about your back becase you could have visited the Wisconsin Dells Water park.
It would be really nice if you could keep that arangement even when your Tip Top, unless you wanted to get back on the pavement of course.

I like to thank you all for you best wishes on the new position i am looking forward to this when i get started.

Well i thought i wake up a old thread and update you all on what is going on, i just got of the phone with my employer and it looks like i am finally going to be leaving for training the 1st or 2nd week of December so they have told me to train for a new job in Wisconsin working straight out of the house i live in,, they also told me it will take about 4 days to do all this training i hope they are right it seems like it is a little short for training for this type of job will just have to wait and see.

I am hoping at the time i am out in Wisconsin i will get the chance to meet Lokie and Twizted so hopefully they will fly me in on a weekend to have 1 of the days to come out to meet you guys and hopefully i will have rental car to do it .

3 weeks of taking tech calls and playing diablo2:lod was fun, but i got next to nothing done!
