Here's the list of programs they do.

However will I run such big, powerful stuff

Please note ... it appears some idiot just typed in the minimum specs off the boxes. From experience, you need ALOT more horsepower than that to really run .NET or Oracle.

I've got an 1800+ and an OC'd P4 at 1.62 Ghz... Somehow, I think I'll be okay

Nah... just kind of struck me as funny that the requirements were pretty low.

Actually, I should be pretty thrilled they're NOT higher, I can't afford to upgrade for awhile..

hehe...DS, those are the requirements to load the software, not acutally use it. Two different things.
