Well it pretty much seems to boil down this way...

Red Hat is moving to the Red Hat Enterprise Edition which will cost mucho $$$. For those that A) Can't afford it, or B) Wish to use a free Red Hat style product - they will have to move to Fedora (http://fedora.redhat.com/).
