Hmmm. I wonder why ATI gets such a boost out of extra AA/AF at 2560*1600.

Oh and I don't think they broke NDA because DailyTech had some results up earlier as well though not as extensive.

Well they do say that the drivers are extremely finnecky, so perhaps it has something to do with that.

I heard ATi have deliberately placed a performance cap on the initial drivers so nVidia doesn't know what they're up against.

This has got to be the most interesting result though (8xAA, 16xAF @ 2560x1600). Usually ATI gets a proper spanking from Nvidia in OpenGL games, but the XT beating the GTX, even by 0.1, is pretty amazing.

Wait til its actually out.... Dailytech's review was on an oooooooooooooooooooooooooold pre-production board, and this latest review - there's a bug with the drivers and doing AA, which is why the score's so good.

Rumor mill is rumor mill, needs more substance.

I wanna see what the x2900xtx can do I know there are benchhmarks for it, but those are contraversal at best, seeing as how the x1950xtx can even beat it

Maybe it will be the first card in the last few years worth the money. Last card I bought that was worth the money was a geforce 2.
