| For my router project, I found out there are two ways I could design it. I could design it small (about the size of a DVD player) but only works as a router or I could design it big (a little smaller than a standard PC) but also includes an Ethernet switch, NAS, redundant power supplies, compartment for the modem, etc. Which idea do you prefer? Keep in mind that the bigger design is easier to work with. | ||

| I'm going to use a micro ATX board and a P3 (underclocked and undervolted). Also note that an old 200MHz Pentium Pro has handled my router needs (at only about 1/3 usage) so a P3 (at 550MHz) should be more than enough even for the future. | ||
