Well, there are 2 aproaches to find out the max memory speed.
The 1st way is to have the memory in synch with the cpu bus, like 400CPU/400Memory.
Most Abits out of the box will max out at about 420CPU/420Memory. Volt mods and a few tweeks might get you to 450+

The second method I tried the other day, Involves using dividers to Overclock the memory bus faster than the CPU bus, also known as Asynch.

I was able to get my memory (Geil PC4000) to 500MHZ for testing only, it will actually have worse benchmarks and performance Asynch.

Here are my settings from my thread 500MHZ ASynch

Final settings: 188x11with 3/4 divider= 501MHZ Memory 378MHZ CPU, the CPU interface Enabled.
Showed in Bios set up screen as 501mhz , It automaticaly calculates this and displays it.
CPU interface picks the optimal ratio when enabled somehow, boot screen shows 500 instead of 501
Memory 2.5,5,5,11@2.9v 1.8vcore, 1.7N.B chipset.

So if you want to find the memory max, you could try this method, or go buy an Intel
