how do i overclock my pc TO 3

I have the same problem, i can get it to 2.94ish but after that it doesnt want to know, is tis a common problem with the FX60?

Have you tried rasing the cpu volts ? that what it could be but im not too good with oc'in hopefully necro or planet will come around

Several people have mentioned the FX-60 does not like to do 3GHZ that I know...

OC'ing is a "Art" in some ways, reading up in some of my threads will get you the basics...It would take qute a bit of time to write a guide just for you, I have done that a few times allready in other threads/posts, and I just don't have the time right now.

Just click on my avatar and then click on "Find all threads started by Necro..." and you will find lots of AMD threads!

If you have more specific questions after that, i will be glad to answer them
