hi i'm new at ocing computers i just got a new computer here is the specs:

can anyone tell me how i can overclock the computer? I was planning to get a vapochill mirco ultra low noise to oc my fx 55. I am not sure if its good and i want to get my fx to get to at least 3.0ghz. Is there a cheap oc that will keep my temp under 30c? Also tell me if my computer is good enough, give some advice of what parts to get if its not good enough

oh hahaha i got windows xp pro sp2. sorry about that. so any idea on how to oc it?
