Default To peltier or not to peltier..

Well.. As you all know ive gone crazy with the moding on my ATX-710 SX2 so to go even crazier with the cooling was a given.
I have decided on a waterblack, and it will be dangerdens own
Maze 4 with socket hold down
http://dangerden.com/mall/Blocks/maze4.asp
2nd one down, and 4th one down.
Now the question is.... do I get the one with a peltier or leave the peltier out. Now if I get the peltier model this will be the first time experimenting with such a device so any information on dondensation issues and such would be widly apriciated. So lets put it to the voting block gentalmen. To peltier or not to peltier

If you have the money and your PSU has enough wattage to deal with a peltier, why not go for it? Just make sure your other components are suited for overclocking or that pelt won't make a damn bit of difference.

my advice for you is.....
are you willing to buy a new processor/mobo no questions asked?
are you willing to put the time into insulating the socket of your mobo?

if you answered yes to these two questions get the peltier.

unless you mobo prohibits it i also suggest using the bolt on cooler it will be a better solution.

my suggestions are Neoprene and pure silicon

I think that they are too big a pain in the arse, and too many variable to control. If I was going to go to all the trouble and expense, I would go phase change.
