Fred_G is confused, please help!?

I finally got my AMD 3700 chip in it's new home, an ASRock 939 Dual Mobo. I hate the BIOS! I have tried what the manual says to do to o/c and it seems I am at stock no matter what I do. Do any of you know of a custom BIOS for this board, or have advice for o/c it?

if ever in doubt with a asrock mobo i would point you toward this forum

Thanks for the link Jager! I will check that out. I did get some O/C going just a few mins ago. I have to use the + key on the number pad, the one over the letters does not work in BIOS.

np man, it certainly was helpful for me when i was debating ordering one for necros old opty 146. i still think they aer probably the best cheaper baord for anyone entering 939/am2.

their slightly nicer mobo the sata sli one thats like 72.99 has a much better bios oc feature than most of the other baords they put out, but im sure with some tweaking and an ocbeat bios of the right number, youll be cranking away in no time.
