I don't know first-hand of any AM2 mobos that support an AGP graphics card, but if there is one it is likely made by ECS or another of the "not known for OCing" companies.
I could be wrong though.

Off the top of my head the Asrock Dual SATA 2 mobo is all i can think of at the mo, it surports AGP,PCI-E & X2 AMD cpu's.
It's not a top notch o.c'ing mobo but you should be able to raise the fsb to around 250ish with no trouble, i think they max around 265fsb but i'm not 100% on that ....

Another choice would be to ebay your 6800 (should get a good price for it) & upgrade to a 7900GT, then you would have more coice in the mobo dept, poss even AM2 if you fancied it.

Wait, are you looking for AM2 or 939? Because there aren't many AM2 boards out, let alone AM2 AGP boards. If you're looking to 939 boards, may I reccomend you stay the hell away from the Abit AV8-3rd eye? They're impressive on paper, but they don't OC too well, there are massive DOA problems with the boards (mine arrived broken, something with the BIOS, I think.). The PCB's they're made on are also cheaper. there are several report of the internal traces snapping when heat sinks were mounted.

Asrock AM2NF3-VSTA is THE board if you want AM2... There's loads of options for S939.

Mother board upgrades are tricky, take your time with choosing.

Either way you look at it, if you stick with the agp card it will become your bottleneck. If you can, I would save up for a PCI-Express card.
Currently Foxconn has an affordable board out right now that is currently 2nd place to the AM2 Asus top-shelf mobo in OCing.
Something to consider at least.

If you are planing to make the move to Vista down the road, your AGP card will cause you another headache.

DX-10

The next gen games due to be out like Unreal 2007 will probably not look that good without it, if they work at all.

I wouldn't expect anyone to bother making a DX-10 AGP card..but who knows, I have learned not to count anything out!
