It all depends on what you will do with that computer. If you want to use it for gaming you should go with g.skill. If you intend to use it as a server, if you want to do video editing or if you plan to run memory intensive apps go for OCZ. I would personaly pick the OCZ.

Both will do DDR600+ (300FSB) no problem. I've got the OCZ Platinum RAM theups listed, and i've run at stable @ DDR640. (318x9 to be exact).

I would for sure go with the OCZ bh-5 that will do 2-2-2-5 at DDR 500 and will do ddr 600 with looser timmings!

I definetly agree w/him. I was going to post a link to that ram for ya, but it looks like he got there first. Go with the OCZ 2-2-2-5 timings. Good Luck to Ya!

it will hold right timings while overclocked! Try to up the speed on it and leave the timmings are 2-2-2-5! You should get about 220 with no voltage! About 2.8v

Before you go and get BH-5, what motherboard are you running on? BH-5 likes the volts @ high speeds. Not every motherboard can provide enough juice for them.

Just make sure you can crank your DRAM voltage up to 3.2~3.6V and you'll be fine. BH-5 will normally do DDR500 2-2-2-5 1T @ 3.0V+

I personally would go with the OCZ Platinum. Much more user friendly than BH-5, guaranteed DDR600, less voltage, and OCZ customer service is A+
