so here it is boys...i hit 370 FSB on my Rev 1 Asus Sli-deluxe mobo-----read it and weep.....

Welcome to the over 300FSB club!

That is very impressive for an Asus, I have been looking close at the new Premium 16x by 16x SLI version.
It has a 8 way phase power regulator that keeps voltage ripple next to nothing, every CPU seems to OC better on them, even surpassing the DFI expert.

The only thing the DFI seems to have over it is is the memory options are slightly more tweekable, but I think it has a decent enough range to be in the ballpark.

There are a few other minor items people to seem when switching from DFI to ASUS, like the onboard power switch, and you can save 4 bios profiles, but the better stability of ASUS can more than make up for it.

Very impressive, man. Now try to turn up the CPU clock speed along with that and run some crazy SuperPi 1M score.

Just for fun, I did this about 15 minutes ago with some oh-so minor tweakage (RAM speed mainly, and LDT voltage):
