new mobo

IM looking for some sound advice on purchasing a new mobo. I just got my 1st 64 amd , a Athlon 939/3500+ Looking for something that is overclockable. I really like> Abit< but am flexible. I would like to keep the price under $150, Also need some advice in a sink and fan that will do a good job cooling. TY >MIke I also am going to be running a 9800 pro with a Zalman, so fitting that monster on the mobo is a must, I have a Audigy2 plat. pro. that i will be installing from my other machine, so a board with 8 channel sound is not a must , thanks again >>Mike

Most 939 boards are PCIE, The DFi LP NF-4 is under 150$ and is the best overclocker on the market.

There are a few AGP 939 boards, just sort by video type at New Egg.

Zalman makes some really good HSFs... I have two 7700s and a 7000 in my three machines... Ator just put a 9500 in his, and his temps are very nice and low as a result.
