| I have a friend who has a xp 1800 and his temps are running at 49 °C (120 °F) for cpu --and 30 °C (86 °F) for mobo it that high or is it normal he is going to be installing a 9800 pro inwhich will generate more heat should he keep an eye on the temps help would be apprecated thank you Last edited by fyshawk; 15-November-05 at 04:33 PM.. | ||

| Yeah thats a lil warm if hes at stock speeds! Maybe reaplying some AS5 blowing out the fan if he hasnt cleaned it for a while might do the trick! I would think getting off the stock cooler and finding something cheap that will do the job beter.. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835106035 That would be a nice upgrade!
