Well an interesting night it was Id have to say.
There was plenty to drink and eat. Hell I even smoked something, my wireless router.
Well that just would not do I tell you. At 3 AM with no net access to 1/2 my shop there was little more
to do than OC. oh yea!!
So with determination and some encouragement I set out to conquer my new
AMD Opteron 146 2.0Ghz CPU.

After several hours of the boot, cuss, boot, cuss, boot routine it finally happened.
My 2.0 blossomed into the 3Ghz that it is now. Granted I had to back off of the 1T.
But I made it happen.

Between the cussing and booting I needed a break so I went shopping for a new wireless router. The Linksys WRT54GX2 was the lucky Best Buy contestant. It now has a home on my desk. The old Linksys router will be reassigned to restaurant duty, where I hope to add another folding rig to that location.

A new network and a 3G OPTY = PRICELESS

Solid is the only pimp geting the thx's around here ha? Me, Planet, and Solid all deserver it. We could of just kept it quiet and braged all we wanted...like most would of. (lol, planet told me, I told Soild...if I had not told planet I was geting one it would of never come to be...funny how things are remembered)

O well, I guess us none staff members are overlocked from time to time. Crying shame.

Hey man congrats what kinda board you running the SLI or the Ultra-D?

His sig says SLI.... Does the SLI board perform any better or worse with the extra SLI onboard or does it stress the system more?

Congrats Pharaoh! Im sitting pretty at 2.8Ghz, which is where im leaving it. It posted at 3.0Ghz, and even got into Windows, but it fowled up and buggered some of the registry with it.

Had to repair XP then try again. Guess my mobo doesn't play ball with 300FSB.
